- Any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances
- Activities related to fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
- Distribution or promotion of illegal content or services
- Copyright infringement or piracy
2.2 Security Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
- Conducting penetration testing or vulnerability scanning without authorization
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of TurboV
- Attempting to circumvent any security measures or rate limits
2.3 Abuse and Harassment
- Harassment, threats, or defamation of others
- Spam, phishing, or social engineering attempts
- Creating or distributing abusive content
- Identity impersonation or false representation
2.4 Adult Content
- Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Content that exploits or harms minors
2.5 Hate Speech and Violence
- Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Extremist content or organizations
- Threats of violence or physical harm
3. Content Restrictions
When deploying content on TurboV, you must not:
- Deploy content that violates any third-party rights
- Host phishing sites or malicious content
- Deploy command-and-control infrastructure for botnets
- Host cryptocurrency mining operations
- Deploy applications that generate or distribute illegal content using AI
4. API Usage
4.1 Rate Limits
TurboV implements rate limits to ensure platform stability. You must not:
- Exceed the specified API rate limits
- Attempt to circumvent rate limiting mechanisms
- Use automated tools to exceed reasonable usage
4.2 API Conduct
- You must use current API versions
- You must handle API errors gracefully
- You must not abuse the API for purposes other than intended
- You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties
5. Resource Usage
You agree to use TurboV resources responsibly:
- CPU and memory resources must be used within allocated limits
- Storage must not exceed your plan limits
- Bandwidth usage must be within fair use policies
- Long-running processes must not consume disproportionate resources
6. Third-Party Services
When using TurboV with third-party services:
- You must comply with those services' terms of service
- You are responsible for any content or data you store with third parties
- You must not use TurboV to circumvent third-party restrictions
