1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TurboV ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Platform.

2. Who Can Use TurboV

TurboV is available to:

Individuals who are at least 18 years of age
Businesses and organizations registered in India or internationally
Developers and teams building and deploying applications

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of TurboV, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not share your account credentials with third parties
Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Free Tier

TurboV offers a free tier with limited features. The free tier is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Paid Plans (Coming Soon)

When paid subscription plans become available, the following terms will apply:

Billing will occur on a monthly or annual basis as selected
Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 7 days before the end of the billing period
Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

4.3 Trials

TurboV may offer free trials at its discretion. Upon trial expiration, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features, or your access may be downgraded to the free tier.

5. Limitation of Liability

TurboV is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TurboV Inc. shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
Any damages arising from reliance on the Platform's output or recommendations

The total liability of TurboV Inc. shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Account Termination

6.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

6.2 Termination by TurboV

TurboV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, at its sole discretion, for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
Non-payment of fees (when applicable)
Suspicious or illegal activity
Extended period of inactivity

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Assam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

8. Intellectual Property

The TurboV platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of TurboV Inc. You retain ownership of any content you deploy on the Platform, but grant TurboV a license to host and operate such content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Changes to Terms

TurboV reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
